Jake & Amanda Sanchez
A Midland native, Jake and Amanda have been married nearly 15 years and are blessed with five children. Jake is the founder of InnerCourt Worship, an evangelistic altar-call ministry focused on revival, and has led revivals across Texas and the country — including Idaho, Iowa, and Indiana.
After sensing God's call to plant a church in West Texas, Jake was invited by the elders of Presence Church to lead the vision. His heart is for Presence to "not just be a church in the community, but a church for the community."
Jake credits Pastor Dick Spencer — founder of Cornerstone/Presence Church — as the biggest influence on his evangelistic DNA.

Discipleship
Robert & Hilda Natividad
Robert is from Midland, Hilda is from Coahuila, Mexico. Married in 1995, two kids. Serving at Presence since 2013, they helped launch the original Spanish service, "Café y Pan." Both graduated from Cornerstone School of Ministry and Leadership. Passionate about preaching and teaching the Word.
Youth Pastors
Demetrius & Courtney Lee
Youth Pastors, parents of two girls, Kierstyn and Bailey. Serving at Presence since 2019. Demetrius grew up in Midland, served in the U.S. Air Force, and worked as a police officer and teacher/coach before answering the call to ministry.
Missions
Marty & Jasmin Mendez
Marty was called to worship leading and youth ministry under his father's congregation (Iglesia Ebenezer) and joined InnerCourt in 2021. Jasmin gave her life to Christ in 2021 and quickly began serving in worship and kids ministry. They are also Co-Pastors at Iglesia Ebenezer.
Family
Greg & Angela Spencer
Multi-generational Midlanders who met at Midland High and married in 1985. Greg is a petroleum engineer; Angela manages mineral interests. They have attended and served at Cornerstone/Presence since 1989. Greg's father, Dick Spencer, was the founding pastor.
Executive & Operations
Alan & Mechele Peters
Attending Presence since 1989. Have taught Financial Peace University for 15 years and served on the Board of Elders for 20 years. Their motto: Familia es todo.
Hospitality
Mark & Jenifer Mitchell
Met in church, married in 1994. Both business owners who use customer relationships as a ministry channel — sharing God's love with people who might never walk into a church.
